Summa. Summa, Summertime with G&G!!!!

Yaaasss the weather is warm and clothes need to come off!!!

No, that is not an invitation to walk around NEKKID!!!

But it is invitation to sew up a new wardrobe and, who better to sew it up with than George & Ginger!!!! Yep, it’s another blog tour folks and I’m here representing the Thilluptuous (it’s a word, we’ve used it before, ketchup) ladies!!! (OWW OWW)

There a not many designers that cater to OUR curves. There are not many designers that make items with boobs and butts and mommy bellies in mind either!!!  Then, my girl Kristi came along, designed her a$$ off, and BOOM!! Got ya girl Summa Ready!!! *faints*

Her Festival Line is all about being comfy and sexy, while having an amazing time at your FAVE summer festival!!! What better way to be sexy than showing off ya SHOULDERS!!!! (See no glitter booty required, because glitter chafes)

The Lollapallooza Top 

(shout out to all my 80’s and 90’s babies)

First, I love an off the shoulder top, it’s life, I plan on living in them this summer, #TeamNoTanLines. This top is AWESOME and IT’S WOVEN!!! Y’all know how I feel about a woven pattern, but this one was SUPER easy to put together!!! Very beginner friendly!!!

DEETS:

An elegant, off-shoulder design and flared gathered sleeves, it’s a flattering yet comfortable style for every day.

Suggested fabric for this top is a quilters cotton (SUPER cheap at WalMart or even JoAnn’s with a coupon!!) or lightweight linen.

Only needs 2-3 yards to complete

Sizing is ThickLady friendly

 

This top took me about 2.5 hours to put together from print to hem.  I used this super cute quilting cotton from WalMart, that I basically stole for $1.00 a yard!!!

Lovinin the Elastic in the shoulder and waist area.  The woven fabric makes it TOTALLY breathable too!! It was 97 AFTER a rainstorm the day I took these shots and I didn’t sweat to death.

I plan on making my next top… A CROP!!! I mean I might as well let it all be free!!!
